- Reservations and group rates apply to groups of 10+ visitors. October pricing is based on groups of 15+ visitors. To reserve a private tour for your group, you must book at least two weeks in advance of your preferred arrival date, pending availability. Discounted rates are not available on holidays and weekends in October. Final payment is due one week prior to your reservation. Complimentary admission is included for one bus driver and one professional tour escort per bus.
- Free bus parking is available on a first-come, first-serve basis while a group is visiting the site. Bus must be moved after visit.

The House of the Seven Gables has welcomed hundreds of group visitors each year from across America and abroad. The famed historic homes, seaside gardens and the site’s rich history offer a memorable experience for guests of all ages and interests. ACCESSIBILITY AND MOBILITY
Due to the nature of their historic architecture The House of the Seven Gables, the Nathaniel Hawthorne Birthplace, and the Hooper-Hathaway House are not wheelchair accessible. Our Visitor Center and restrooms, Colonial Revival Gardens, museum grounds and a portion of the museum store are wheelchair accessible.
Tours and performances last approximately 45 minutes and take place on multiple levels in our 17th- and 18th-century houses. Visitors are standing, walking, or climbing stairs during these experiences. Information is available about the rooms for those that cannot access any portion of the tour.
